GENERAL INFORMATION

Deposit / Insurance

A deposit may be required before care can be rendered. If you are covered by medical insurance, please present your insurance I.D. card or form at the time you are registered. If your deposit and insurance coverage exceed your charges, you will receive a refund check. 

If you are not covered by medical insurance, full payment is required at the time of registration. 

Charges

The charge for your procedure includes the use of the surgical facility, personalized nursing care, drugs, supplies, and equipment. Any special tests ordered by your physician will be an additional charge. Your physician and the pathologist will bill you separately, should you need a pathologist.

Hours & Scheduling

The surgery center is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Your physician or his/her office staff arranges scheduling for your procedure.
